Daylan Skidmore was assigned 23 upon his promotion to the varsity in 2009, his sophomore year. He stepped into a starting role for the playoffs and performed extremely well, which was the catalyst for an outstanding career at Cy Woods. For more on him, please refer to #44.

Nick Csatlos, a linebacker, made the varsity in 2012, his junior year. He wound up becoming a two-year starter for the Wildcats alongside his classmate, Taylor Holmes. Nick served as a team captain in 2013 and was a 1st-team All-District 17-5A selection. His five interceptions are 2nd in Cy Woods history, putting him in a tie with Deonte Davis.

Cort Coleman, a cornerback, made the varsity in 2013, his junior year, and wore 17. He switched to 23 in 2014, but I believe that injuries kept him off the field in both seasons.
Elijah Strang, a linebacker, made the varsity in 2015, his junior year. He also played baseball for the Wildcats.
Caleb Rutherford, a linebacker, made the varsity in 2017, his junior year, but did not play due to an injury. He became a starter in 2018 and earned Honorable Mention District 14-6A honors.
