Logan Kelly, 2008
Weston Card wore 17 for his final two seasons on the varsity. He wore 80 in 2008, his sophomore year. As a junior in 2009, he was a starting wide receiver and served as the emergency quarterback. Wes served as a team captain in 2010 and became a starting safety that year, earning first-team District 17-5A honors. He also handled the punting duties for those two seasons.

David Burrell was given this number when he made the varsity in 2011, his junior year. He became a starter in 2012. His older sister, Ashley, played volleyball for the Wildcats.

Lawrence "Tre" Hart III moved to Cy Woods from Louisiana before his sophomore year. He made the varsity as a junior in 2014 and became a big-play threat in his first season, averaging 22.5 yards per reception. Tre' redshirted in his one season at Texas Southern. His younger sister, Lawrenee', threw the shot put and the discus for Cy Woods.

Connor Faulk made the varsity in 2016, his sophomore year. He is a part of a long family tradition at Cy Woods; his two older sisters were Cadettes and his younger brother, Ryan, is a junior receiver/safety and the starting shortstop for the Wildcat baseball team. Connor was a second-team District 14-6A selection as a senior in 2018.
Connor Faulk, 2016-18
Dylan Cormier switched to 17 for his first full season on the varsity in 2019, his junior year. Once again, he served as the second-string quarterback but he saw a decent amount of playing time especially after Jackson Jones' injury issues. After two years as a backup, Dylan will finally receive his chance to start in 2020.
Dylan also plays basketball at Cy Woods as a forward.
